Nominee must have distinguished themselves through outstanding service to Arizona Women’s Bowling Association, Arizona State Bowling Association or Arizona State USBC over a period of 10 years. Must have been a AWBA/WIBC/USBC or ASBA/ABC/USBC member not less than 10 years. It is not necessary that they be consecutive years. 

Nominee must have distinguished themselves through superior performance in Arizona Women’s Bowling Association, Arizona State Bowling Association or Arizona State USBC not less than a period of 10 years. Must have been a AWBA/WIBC/USBC or ASBA/ABC/USBC member not less than 10 years. It is not necessary that they be consecutive years. 

This award is to be presented annually to one member from each Chartered Local Association of the Arizona State USBC Association. The recipients will be selected by the Awards Committee of AZ State USBC Association from nominations submitted by an AZ State USBC member. This award was  adopted and presented to help recognize members who have excelled during the prior bowling season or on a continuing basis in service to their local membership.

The Award will be given to the individuals (both male and female) with the highest average in the State at the annual meeting of the Arizona State USBC.  The criteria for highest average shall be 66 games bowled in one league.
